2. Scope and Purpose of Data Processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • processing and handling of orders,
  • maintaining accounting and tax records,
  • handling complaints and returns,
  • sending marketing information (e.g., newsletters) – only with your consent.

Legal bases of processing:

  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract,
  • Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – legal obligation (e.g., taxes),
  • Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent (e.g., newsletter).

3. Data Sharing

Your data may only be transferred to entities cooperating in order fulfillment, in particular:

  • courier companies and postal operators,
  • accounting, legal, and IT service providers,
  • payment service providers.

We do not sell or share your personal data with other entities for marketing purposes.

We store data for the period necessary to fulfill the contract, and then in accordance with tax and accounting regulations – for a maximum of 5 years from the end of the tax year. Data processed on the basis of consent (e.g., newsletter) will be stored until the consent is withdrawn.
