Refund policy

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, counting from the day of receiving the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller of their decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., email or postal letter) – no later than 14 days from receiving the product.

The Customer is obliged to return the products immediately, but no later than within 14 calendar days from the day of informing the Seller about the withdrawal.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless the return is due to a defect or non-compliance of the product with the contract.
  • Only complete, unused products in their original packaging, without damage or alterations to the condition of the item, are eligible for return. Goods not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method the Customer used for the original transaction, unless the Customer agrees to another solution.
  • The Seller will refund the price of the product and the delivery cost to the Customer, but not higher than the cost of the cheapest available delivery option offered at the time of purchase.

Products should be returned to the address:

KrakowPlaces Dariia Symanko
ul. Wizjonerów 7/111
31-356 Kraków, Poland

The Seller will refund the payment within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receiving and positively verifying the returned product.

In the event of a rejected return (e.g., due to damage or signs of use), the Customer will be informed electronically. The goods will be sent back to the Customer within 7 calendar days at the Customer’s expense.

Complaints

  • If a defect is found in the purchased product, the Customer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with the provisions of the warranty under the Civil Code (2 years from the date of purchase).
  • Before sending back the product, the Customer is required to contact the Seller (by email or in writing) to arrange the complaint procedure. Goods sent back without prior contact may not be accepted.
  • The complaint should be submitted in writing or electronically to the Seller’s address. It is recommended to provide a description of the defect, the date it occurred, Customer details, and the expected way of resolving the issue.
  • The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 calendar days of receiving it.
  • If the complaint is accepted, the Seller covers the reasonable costs of returning the defective product, but not higher than the cost of the cheapest available delivery option offered by the Seller.

Goods sent as part of the complaint procedure should be sent to the address:
