Preliminary Provisions
The online store KrakowPlaces Shop, available at https://shop.krakowplaces.com/, is operated by KrakowPlaces Dariia Symanko, ul. Wizjonerów 7/111, 31-356 Kraków, Poland, registered in CEIDG, NIP: 6772511494, REGON: 528856821.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers – both consumers and entrepreneurs – and define the rules for using the store, placing orders, returns, and complaints.
Placing an order means acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
General Terms
- All prices are given in Polish złoty (PLN) and include VAT.
- Product information on the store’s website constitutes an invitation to enter into a contract, not an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
- Browsing the offer and making a purchase does not require creating an account.
Payment Methods
- Stripe (credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, etc.)
- PayPal
- Przelewy24 (online transfers, BLIK, electronic wallets)
Order Fulfillment and Delivery
- Orders are processed within 2 to 14 business days from the date of order placement.
- Deliveries are available within Poland, the European Union, the USA, and Canada.
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the system depending on the weight, size of the package, and destination country.
- Free shipping is available above certain thresholds, as specified in the Shipping Policy.
Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
- The Customer has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 calendar days without providing a reason, counting from the day of receiving the product.
- To exercise this right, the Customer must send a clear statement to the Seller (e.g., by email or letter).
- The returned product must not show signs of use, must be complete, and packed in the original packaging. Otherwise, the return may be rejected.
- The product must be sent back within 14 days from the date of withdrawal to the following address:

31-356 Kraków, Poland - The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the Customer agrees to a different method.
- The refund covers the product price and the cost of the cheapest available delivery method offered at the time of purchase.
- The cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer (unless the product is defective).
Complaints (Warranty)
- Products are covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Civil Code.
- Complaints can be submitted by email or by post.
- It is recommended to provide a description of the defect, the date it occurred, Customer details, and the expected resolution.
- If the complaint is accepted, the Seller covers the justified cost of returning the defective product.
- Complaints are processed within 14 days.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KrakowPlaces shall not be liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits). This provision does not limit consumer rights under applicable law, in particular warranty rights.
Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, and content published in the KrakowPlaces Shop are protected by copyright and may not be copied or distributed without the written consent of the owner.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent Polish courts, with due respect for consumer rights under EU law.
Final Provisions
KrakowPlaces Shop reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. All changes will be published on the store’s website. Using the store after the changes are introduced constitutes acceptance of them.
